Itinerary
Tentative Tour Plan
Day 1: Flight from Cochin to Agatti & stay at Kavaratti island
09.10 A.M: Flight from Cochin to Agatti (Flight Alliance Air)
10.35 A.M: Arrival at Agatti
After reaching at Agatti airport our representative will receives you & will make a speed vessel transfer (3 hrs) to Kavaratti island. Our resort team will receive you with welcome drink and after lunch you can relax in the beach or you can go for a walk in the island.
Day 2: Kavaratti Island sightseeing
Afternoon guest can go for sightseeing (3 hr) at Kavaratti island, special places like, embarkation jetty, lagoon beach, museum etc.
Day 3: Agatti Sightseeing
After the breakfast check out Kavaratti resort and transfer to the Agatti resort by speed vessel, after reaching Agatti our resort team will receive you with welcome drink.
After noon you can go for sightseeing (3 hr) at Agatti island, special places like, eastern side embarkation jetty, sea water thermal desalination plant, lagoon beach etc
Day 4: Bangaram sandbank & Thinakara island trip
After breakfast will make a boat transfer to Thinnakara island (please note this trip takes 45 min travel by sea), on the you can watch the dolphin & green turtles. At Thinnakara you can go for free swimming or you can do some water games. Lunch will be provided in the beach of Thinnakara and a short break our boat will bring you to near by sandbanks of Bangaram. Tea-snacks will be provided in the boat itself. After a short relax, evening will proceed to Agatti island.
Night stay at Agatti.
Day 5: Departure day
After the breakfast check out resort after transfer to the Agatti airport for a return flight to Cochin & back to home with beautiful memories.

1)Our Packages are valid for Only Indian Nationals unless specified or customized for other nationalities.
2) Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers over which we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified). Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.
3) If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with Skylink & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
4)All Travellers must have a valid passport & visa or the required documents at the time of booking/Airlines Boarding/Hotel Check In(Skylink/Airlines/hotel/Service provider reserves the right to dishonor the booking. Any incorrect names is not our liability. All Travellers must carry valid id proof all time during travelling
5) Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
6)Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
7)Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum documentation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
8) Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location.A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
9)Late payment interest @24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
10)AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
11)Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
12)All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
13) In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines
The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1) Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
2). Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
3) Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
4) Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
5) If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , The client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
6) Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines .Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
7) Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
8). Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
9) Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
10) Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines. Please reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotels:
1) Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
2) Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively. The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
3)In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
4) Hotel has the right to claim the damages/use of amenities /govt city /Tourism Fees(eg Dhiram etc)/ resort tax /security deposit as per their policy.
5) The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
6) Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel.
7)Higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
8) Extra Bed can be a mattress/sofa bed/roll away bed or sharing the bed unless paid or specified.
9) Every hotel has its own child policy. Pls check with your travel consultant at the time of booking.
D) Itinerary Planning
Above Itinerary is just indicative & do not consider it as a final schedule. Above Itinerary is only a proposal about an activities/day wise plan/Tours/Excursions you can opt for, All activities specified under itinerary can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop/Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which Skylink has no control, if purchased by you ( Illustration – Late arrival of flight affecting the further tour services or transfer etc.)
E) Liability/Responsibility
The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available.
However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.
F) Method Of Payment: All payments should be in done in favor of “SKYLINK TRAVEL PVT LTD.” Please don't deposit cash in our account.For your convenience, we also have several Indian Rupee bank accounts. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs.600/- OR AS PER ACTUALS

Excludes
1. Tax collection at Source *TCS *As per Govt rules, 5% TCS will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year. TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filling their Income tax return. To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a) International travel ticket
b) Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c) Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto
If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS
How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit :TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit :TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
Claim refund:In case there is no income tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return.

3. Any charges related to Peak Season /festival/Holiday period/ Chinese New Year/ /Early Check in /Late Check Out/Mandatory Meals/Upgradations of rooms/ MidNight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals.

7. Luggage truck ,Porterage Charges, Tips, Laundry , Extra Meals , all beverages are not included, these are at your discretion.
8. Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare unless specified.
9. Breakfast /Meals missed due to flight timing.
10. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances /etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure : 80% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 21 -35 days before departure : 50% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 20 days or less before departure : No Refund
- Non-refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.
Footnotes
The climate of Lakshadweep is almost same all-round the year but it has humid tropical climate. You can visit Lakshadweep at any time of the year but the best time will be during the months of September to May. The cool and fresh winter air makes your visit more gratifying. This island offers many exciting and adventures sporting activities like swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing and many others. Generally summers are not too hot and winters are not too much cool so you can visit here at any time. Monsoon season is also called as an enjoyable time to cherish the immaculate beauty of nature.
Winter : The cool winter atmosphere is an ideal time to relish this dazzling place. The temperature from December to February generally ranges from 20°C to 32°C. The cuddling cool winter breeze and the pleasant seawater grip you to stay here for the long time. Tourists also enjoy the lovely sunset time here.
Summer : In summers (March to May) the temperature ranges from 22°C to 36°C. At this time temperature is mild hot so considered as a best time for the water sport activities. In fact, this period is favorable for the all types of tourist activities.
Monsoons : In the months of June to August, heavy rain falls, strong blow of winds are common in Lakshadweep Islands. The weather is pleasant in monsoons and considered as a best time to observe the greeneries.
