Destinations Overview:
Sonmarg : Sonamarg is one of the most popular honeymoon destinations in India, which has been blessed with abundant scenic charm. Located at an altitude of some 3,000 m above sea level on the Srinagar-Ladakh road, this hill town has lush valleys and golden-hued meadows on the banks of Indus River. Sonamarg tour packages by Tourism of India have been designed in such a way so that you would experience the best of sights and sounds of this place.

Srinagar: Srinagar, popularly known as ‘Paradise on Earth’ and 'Venice of the East’, is situated in the beautiful valley of Kashmir. Located on the banks of the River Jhelum, the city is renowned for its beautiful lakes, houseboats and numerous Mughal gardens.

Tentative - Detailed Tour Itinerary:-
Day 01 Arrive at Srinagar Airport & transfer to Sonmarg (100 Kms – 3-4 Hours Drive)
Our services start with your arrival at Srinagar airport. At arrival gate, you will be welcomed by our representative/driver and then transfer by Car to Sonmarg. On arrival check in your hotel at Sonmarg & relax. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore Sonmarg valleypicturesque ‘meadow of gold’. Post evening enjoy the delicious dinner at Hotel & overnight stay at Sonmarg.
*Please book your flight tickets time either morning or before 02 PM to reach Srinagar Airport.
*Please prepare your Yatra RFID card at Srinagar airport Or you can prepare the same at Helipad also.
*Due to the strict transport union, our transport will be not able to tour you in Sonmarg, If any tourist wants to perform any
sightseeing present there, they can do it by the car of the union (at their own cost).

Day 02 Sonmarg – Neelgarth Helipad drop | Amarnath Yatra by Helicopter – Night stay at Sonmarg.
Morning after having your breakfast and transfer by car to Neelgarth Helipad (3 Kms ). Please do not forget to carry your important documents i.e. Helicopter Tickets soft copies, Original CHC form, RFID Card, Original Aadhar Card for your convenient Yatra- (No digital documents will be accepted). Take your boarding into helicopter and fly for Neelgarth Helipad for divine Baba Amarnath Ji Darshan. Neelgarth – Panchtarani – Neelgarth Helicopter (Ride-8-10 Minutes ride – One way) (Same Day Return). The Helicopter starts operating at 07.30Hrs (If Weather Permitting). Amarnath Holy Cave is aprox 06 Kms ahead from Panchtarani Helipad, you can go Holy Cave from Panchtarani by trek, ponies or palkies (at your own cost). After Baba Shri Amarnath holy darshan return back to Neelgarth by Helicopter from Panchtarani. On arrival check in your hotel & relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Sonmarg.

Remark:
1) Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD (Ticket). Due to bad weather, technical reason or any unexpected reason etc it may affect your helicopter ride, due to which you may have to stay 02nd night’s in tent at Panchtarani / Holy Cave (at your own cost) even if same day return helicopter Package is taken also. In Amarnath Cave / Panchtarni & nearby, the temperature becomes very low at night, to avoid any difficulties Therefore, make adequate preparation beforehand for all these situations.
2) Return journey timing from Panchtarani – Neelgarth will be on FCFS basis (First Come First Serve basis), you are highly advised to
report Panchtarani helipad as early as possible to avoid the delay boarding
3) If armymen have allowed, then on the same day, you can do the Trekking of 6 Kms from Panchtarni to Holy Cave for Amarnath Darshan,
Otherwise the next day early morning.
4) Due to the restrictions imposed by the Army / security agency for the last few years for Yatrie’s safety precautions, it is prohibited to go
from Sonmarg to Srinagar in the evening timing. Under which we have kept your second night's stay in Sonmarg Only.
Day 03 Sonmarg - Srinagar transfer & Half day local Sightseeing of Srinagar. Night stay at Srinagar.
In third day, After breakfast you will transfer you to Srinagar. On arrival directly leave for local sightseeing tour to famous Nishat Garden known as 'Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as 'Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa), then visit Chashmi-e Shahi. In the evening enjoy the Shikara ride {at your own cost} on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting Places around the Lake. Evening check in your hotel & relax. Dinner & Overnight at Srinagar.
Remark: Yatri who are unable to come back to Neelgarth/ Sonmarg by helicopter same day (2nd Day), and stay that night at Panchtarni,
will be given sightseeing of Srinagar city on the 04th day instead of the 03rd day, if the departure flight of the clients is in the evening timing.

Day 04 Departure to Srinagar airport drop
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer you to Srinagar airport to catch your flight. Or we can provide you dropping at
Srinagar any hotel also. *Please book your flight tickets timed by the evening hours from Srinagar airport. Yatra ends… but sweet memories always remain…!!!

Please Note: The helicopter will give you Boarding of Same Day flying or the Next Day or giving you late boarding, it is an internal decision for the
helicopter services, and they will not accept any kind of interference from anybody / travel agent. If the Aviation Service gave you boarding for the 03rd day
(Due to bad weather / technical reason & previous rush), then you will have to stay of 02nd days in same hotel (Next day morning check out). If you keep our transport service with you for more than 04 days, then you will have to pay for the additional days of transport to the driver or transport manager

Helicopter Tickets cost was Rs.6,000 P.P. from Neelgarth – Panchtarani - Neelgarth, If Helicopter Fare will increased Or If
the upper helipad location is changed, Package cost & Helicopter Flight timing will be revised accordingly.

Conditions apply :
1. Once we confirm a package/service offered at the same price or budget shared by the customer without any fluctuation in price (with offered /similar hotels) or may be the case that when the booking is completed in first attempt with client’s choice of services/hotels / including the request for any changes before the confirmation letter is raised. Thereafter, non-refundable booking/reservation fees with minimum cancellation & document amount raised for Visa submission will apply automatically.
2. We are bound to a limit of maximum 2 quotes/amendments before the booking is raised within the booking /reservation fees.
3. If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/sms /phone call. Tour package/Reservation(s) shall be liable to release and the package will be treated as cancelled for not paying a balance amount. In case you fail to deposit before the expiry of the cut off/auto release date, we will be compelled to release/cancel the booking as your deposit or advance doesn’t cover the liability or other case may be the supplier would not deposit on your behalf which may result in discrepancy in booking over which SKYLINK has no control. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking.
4. If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with SKYLINK & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
5. Once any reservation is processed/ confirmation letter is raised,, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees ,Document Charges , amendment & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be. SKYLINK has no control because supplier policy also applies.
6. Amendment: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.

(A)Important Information
1. Our Packages are valid for Only Indian Nationals unless specified or customized for other nationalities.
2. Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers over which we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. SKYLINK has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.
3. All Travellers must have a valid passport & visa or the required documents at the time of booking/Airlines Boarding/Hotel Check In(SKYLINK /Airlines/hotel/Service provider reserves the right to dishonor the booking. Any incorrect names is not our liability. All Travellers must carry valid ID proof all time during travelling
4. Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has fulloption to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
5. Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance/Deportation despite of granting a visa & /or Boarding pass , the consequences arising therefrom shall not be a liability/responsibility of SKYLINK .Visa Guidelines apply .
6. Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location. A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
7. All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.

(B) Airlines: The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1. Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
2. Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
3. Change of flight timing/ Route Change with or without intimation/ Fog alert/Postponement/delay of any tour of any airlines /bad weather/Pandemic impact is not our liability.
4. If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , The client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
5. Seat allocation & meals: Few airlines do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . SKYLINK can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
6. Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
7. Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
8. Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines. Please reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines..

(C) Hotel:
1.Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
2.Room Twin bed / Double bed is at the discretion of the hotel. The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
3.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
4.Hotel has the right to claim the damages/use of amenities /govt city /Tourism Fees(eg Dhiram etc)/ resort tax /security deposit as per their policy.
5.The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
6.Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel.
7.Higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
8.Extra Bed can be a mattress/sofa bed/roll away bed or sharing the bed unless paid or specified.
9.Every hotel has its own child policy. Pls check with your travel consultant at the time of booking.

D) Itinerary Planning
1. Above Itinerary is just indicative & do not consider it as a final schedule. All activities specified under itinerary can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop & Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which SKYLINK has no control.
2. In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.

E) Liability/Responsibility
1.The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available.
2.However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.

F) Method Of Payment: All payments should be in done in favor of “SKYLINK TRAVEL PVT LTD.” Please don't deposit cash in our account.

Excludes

1. Tax collection at Source *TCS *As per Govt rules, 5% TCS will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year. TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filling their Income tax return. To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a. international travel ticket
b. Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c. Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto
2. If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS
How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit: TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit: TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
Claim refund: In case there is no income tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return.

7. Travel Insurance, Baggage Claim & any related claims/charges.
8. Hotel Security / Resort Fees /Tourism Dhiram/ City Taxes/Tourism Fees are always payable directly at Check in.
9. Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare/Web check in unless specified.
10. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes,Surcharge, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.

Cancellation

- 36 days or more before departure :80% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 21 -35 days before departure :50% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 20 days or less before departure :No Refund
- Non-refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.

Suggestions & Important Remarks Regarding your Booking:-
1. Yatries are highly advised to prepare their “Yatra Registration” (Off line or Online whatever is possible)
2- Please Note: In case of non-availability of Helicopter Tickets in any circumstances, the Company will be not responsible for any airfare/ train fare refund. In case the client wants to cancel his/ her package on time, the company will be liable to refund only the package cost - not any airfare.
3-All Guests who are taking the Same Day Return helicopter packages – They all are highly requested to please book your first 02 Nights stay at Sonamarg and 01 Night stay at Srinagar. This 04 days package is highly recommended by Skylink. In which, if you want you can keep your 02nd Night stay open/ self also Or can book all nights from us. We highly recommend the passenger (s) to take a minimum of 03 Nights & 04 Days Package for Amarnath Yatra. If the weather is found not favourable or the passenger (s) are stuck at Panchtarani, in this case, the passenger (s) shall be able to catch his/her/their return flight from Srinagar to his/her/their onward journey.
4-Whoever the client:- Heart disease, asthma, sugar, BP. etc is suffering from any type of disease, those people should consult their doctor before booking them. Once you book your Amarnath Package, if you cancel the booking due to any reason or due to medical reasons, in this case, the cancellation policy will be applied.
