Destinations Overview:
1.Gangtok: The Gangtok city is known for learning Buddhist and also connected to the commercial, religious and cultural activities. The mixture of traditional and modern crowd and the multiple sight-seeing natural area and other tourist attractions gather the crowd from all over the world. The capital is well-developed and accessibility to this exotic place is super convenient as there are multiple ways of transportation.
2. Lachung: Lachung is an epitome of scenic beauty peppered with tall dark mountains, gushing waterfalls, striking fruit orchards and meandering glacial rivers which take everyone in complete awe of their rustic magic in just a matter of few seconds.Whether one is a vacationer, a honeymooning couple, a nature lover, a photography geek or an adventure aficionado, he is sure to fall in love with this beautiful little hamlet, taking back home, loads of wonderful memories to cherish forever.
Tentative Itinerary
DAY 01ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY / IXB AIRPORT - GANGTOK
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, (413 Ft / 126 Mts) you will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5412 Ft / 1650 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 hrs). Over night at Hotel.
DAY 02 GANGTOK – TSHANGU LAKE & BABA MANDIR EXCURSION
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Kms in 02 Hrs one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100 Ft / 3994 Mts / 16 Kms in 01 Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400 Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Kms in 03 Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. Back to Gangtok by evening and Overnight at Hotel. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)
DAY 03 GANGTOK – LACHUNG
Pick from Gangtok Hotel and transfer to Lachung (8000 Ft / 2439 Mts, 124 Kms / 05to 06Hrs). On the way visit Tashi view point, Seven sister’s water fall ((Subjected the vehicle take the normal route. This sightseeing points are included on complimentary basis & in case of diversions these points will be missed. There will be no refund in such case)). Overnight at Hotel.
Documents Required: 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID – Pan Card & Adhar Card is not accepted). For Child below 18 years School Id / Collage Id is must. Original to be brought with self.
DAY 04 LACHUNG – YUMTHANG EXCURSION {Optional Yumesamdong (know as Zero Point 15300 Ft / 4665 Mts, 24 Kms / 1.5 to 02 Hrs from Yumthang) visit @ INR 4500 per vehicle}
Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 1 hours one way). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05 LACHUNG - GANGTOK
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5412 Ft / 1650 Mts / 124 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 06 GANGTOK - NJP RAILWAY STATION / IXB AIRPORT
After breakfast proceed to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (413 Ft / 126 Mts, 130 Km / 04 to 05 Hrs) for your onward connection.

4. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability.
5. Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
6.Given is a suggested itinerary and it may change as per the availability at the time of booking.
7.Extra Bed policy: can be a sofa cum bed / mattress / roll away or sharing the twin bed unless specified.
8.Child Policy: Every Hotel & service provider’s Child Policy is different. Child with bed & breakfast with 2 Adults means he/she will be provided with an Extra Bed which can be Sofa Cum Bed/Mattress/Roll away or sharing the rooms with parents unless specified. Alternately, where its clearly being mentioned Child No Bed/Breakfast(unless specified of any), it states that child will be provided only land arrangement. Breakfast & Bed if applicable, will be payable at the time of check in( as per hotel policy) if not prepaid. Few Hotels do not entertain 2 children in one room due to its size & their own policy.2 rooms will be required if 2 adults & 2 children (below 11yrs) are travelling together.
9.Hill stations Bookings within India :
a. Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning due to weather conditions of the location or heaters .
b. A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
10. Any increases in price in any sector of airlines , hotel, transportation etc must be paid for in full. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
11.Standard hotel check-in time for domestic and international hotels is from 1400 hours to 1600 hours and check-out time is 1000 hours to 1200 hours. Complimentary early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel.
12.Late payment interest @24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date .
13.Booking Terms and Conditions mentioned in Skylink Booking Form immediately applies with effect from the day of acceptance received on the email or wats app weather it is duly signed or not before making the payment.

We have used hotels which are not to be compared with the Hotels of other developed destinations. We have selected, combined & Graded the hotels in a fashion, so that the Guest gets similar kind of standard in services & facilities at every destination / place of retirement.
Excludes

2. Visa on arrival or Visa Fees payable to Concerned Authorities.
3. Any charges related to Peak Season /festival/Holiday period/ Chinese New Year/ /Early Check in /Late Checkout/Mandatory Meals/Up gradations of rooms.
4. Entrance Fee /Monument fees.
5. Insurance, Baggage Claim & any related charges.
6. Hotel Security Deposit at the Check In & Resort Fees /City Taxes/Tourism Fees are always payable directly at Check in.
7. Luggage truck, Porterage Charges, Tips, Laundry, Extra Meals,all beverages etc.
8. Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare unless specified.
9. Breakfast missed due to flight timing.
10. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries): Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometres limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point (transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle).
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure: 80% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage: 21 -35 days before departure: 50% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage: 20 days or less before departure: No Refund
- Non - refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.

•Entry Formality & document for NRI / OCI / PIO Card Holder - As per the latest ruling from the Sikkim Government NRI / OCI / PIO card Holder will have to carry Original Passport along with Visa / OCI / PIO Card while travelling. Their entry procedure to Sikkim will be same as per the Foreign National travelling into Sikkim. These guests will not be allowed to visit Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass & Gurudongmar Lake.They will only be allowed to visit up to Tshangu Lake and in North Sikkim (Chopta Valley, Thangu, Yumthang & Yumesamdong), with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above in numbers to visit Tshangu Lake & North Sikkim (Chopta Valley, Thangu, Yumthang & Yumesamdong).They will also be required to bring along with them 08 passport size photograph for processing their permits into Sikkim, Tshangu lake, Lachen & Lachung. There will be an additional cost for processing the permit & making the tour applicable. Kindly write to us for additional cost.
•Mandatory Document for permits to Tshangu Lake, Baba Mandir, Nathula & North Sikkim -People availing the services to Nathula, Tshangu Lake & North Sikkim (Lachung, Yumthang Excursion, Yumosomdong (Zero Point),Katau, Lachen, Chopta Valley & Gurudongmar Excursion) are requested to submit at the time of the booking the following documents for every travellers (be it adult or child):
1.06 passport size photograph of each member traveling whether Adult or Children with their name, age & gender written behind each photograph.
2.Photo Copy of Photo ID proof of each member traveling whether Adult or Children.Original to be brought with self.
3.Any documents issued by Central or State Government having Photo,Name and the address will be considered as ID Proof.The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following,Driving License,Voter Card,Valid Passport or ADHAR Card.
