Itinerary
Jaipur Overview:- Hailed as the Pink City for its endless array of proudly vibrant and colourful architecture, Jaipur is one of the touristic gems of India; a truly heady destination that combines all the wealth of the country’s historical and cultural past, with its buzzing, commercial modernity.It’s a place where hilltop forts and a blend of Rajput and Mughal palaces cast their gaze across the horizon and the glow of the setting sun adds an ethereal Eastern charm that’s almost unspeakable in its uniqueness. But away from the palace complexes and regal UNESCO sites, Jaipur, also India’s first planned city also oozes with the raw and human character that is India’s own rerogative. Visitors can explore a warren of traditional marketplaces and sprawling suburbs, to come away with lighter pockets, colourful mementos and hearts filled with the warmth of authentic Indian hospitality.
Ranthambore Overview: The Highlights of The Place-The Park is well known for tigers. There are Wildlife Safaris and Jeep Safaris to tour the Park and watch wild animals in their natural habitats, and that too from a close range. The Jeep safaris take about three and half hour to tour the entire park. Other than the majestic tigers, visitors also get to see leopards, deer, hyenas, crocodiles, boars, mongooses, jackals, gazelles etc.
Day 01: Delhi - Jaipur (265 km-4/5 hrs)
Morning Pick up from Delhi (Address will be provide later) upon arrival check in to the hotel, after freshen up drive for S/seeing visit: Amber Fort, City Palace, later back to hotel Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 02: Jaipur City Tour
Morning after breakfast drive for city tour City Palace, Albert Hall Museum, by Pass Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal & Shopping for Local Market Johari Bazaar & Nehru Bazar. Later back to hotel Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 03: Jaipur– Ranthambore (165 Kms-2/3Hrs)
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel start drive for Ranthambore, upon arrival check in to the hotel. After fresh up & bit of relaxation proceeds to Ranthambore Fort Later back to hotel. Overnight stay at Ranthambore.
Day 4: Ranthambore National Park
Wake up early in the morning and get ready for morning jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park (Subject to Availability). Explore the Ranthambore wildlife with expert guide and driver. Jungle Safari visit to the park is around three hours and after this will return to the hotel for breakfast. Spend the day at leisure enjoying the facilities of the lodge. Possibly taking a dip in the pool to get rid of the day's heat will refresh you. Overnight Stay at Ranthambore.
Day 5: Ranthambore- Jaipur (165kms /2-3 Hours’ drives approx.)
Have a nutritious and yummy breakfast, there after check out from the hotel and leave for Jaipur ovenights stay.
Day 6: Departure from Jaipur– New Delhi (400kms /4-5 Hours’ drive approx.)
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel & direct drive to Delhi for onwards journey.

2) Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers over which we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified). Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.
3) If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with Skylink & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
4)All Travellers must have a valid passport & visa or the required documents at the time of booking/Airlines Boarding/Hotel Check In(Skylink/Airlines/hotel/Service provider reserves the right to dishonor the booking. Any incorrect names is not our liability. All Travellers must carry valid id proof all time during travelling
5) Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
6) Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
7)Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
8)In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
9) Extra Charges will be applied for MidNight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals/ higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
10)Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum documentation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
11) Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location.A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
12)Late payment interest @24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
13)AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
14)Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
15)All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
16) In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines
The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1)Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
2).Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
3).If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
4).Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
5) Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
6). Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
7) Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
8). Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
9) Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
10) Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines..Pls reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotel Norms:
1) Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/ Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively. The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
2) Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
3) The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
4)Mandatory fees/Tourism Dhiram /City Taxes /Tourism Tax/Resort Fees, Security Deposit either by Credit card/debit card/cash may be asked at check in.
5) Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel
D) Itinerary Planning
Itinerary is only a proposal about an activities/day wise plan/Tours/Excursions, All activities specified under itinerary as Tours& Excursions like Theme parks , water sports etc can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop/Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which Skylink has no control, if purchased by you ( Illustration – Late arrival of flight affecting the further tour services or transfer etc.)
E) Liability/Responsibility
The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available.
However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.
F) Method Of Payment: All payments should be in done in favor of “SKYLINK TRAVEL PVT LTD.” Please don't deposit cash in our account.
1)For your convenience, we also have several Indian Rupee bank accounts. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheque is en- cashed. The payment for entire package has to be settled before the dateline. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs.600/- OR AS PER ACTUALS

11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure: 80% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 21 -35 days before departure: 50% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 20 days or less before Departure: No Refund.
- Non-refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.
