Kenya famous for its classic savanna safaris,Kenya is a country of dramatic extremes and classic contrasts. Deserts and alpine snows; forests and open plains; the metropolis of Nairobi and colorful tribal cultures; freshwater lakes and coral reefs.Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos.Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. Its known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania.

Itinerary

Tentative Tour Plan:

Day 1: NAIROBI – ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
Upon arrival – pick up from JKIA International Airport, have a short briefing and after start your safari drive to the Aberdare region.Drive past large pineapple plantations, coffee farms and rich agricultural lands that represent the lifestyle of the people. Arrive at the Aberdare Country Club in time for lunch and later you will be transferred to the lodge for the night.At the lodge game viewing is done from the balconies where animals frequent the flood lit waterhole.Dinner and overnight at The Ark Lodge (FB)

Day 2: ABERDARE – LAKE BOGORIA
Depart after breakfast for Lake Bogoria in the Northern side of Kenya and is currently the best place to view the flamingoes and the geysers and hot springs.Lake Bogoria National Park is also home to Greater Kudu and other large mammals such as the buffalo, zebra, cheetah, baboon, warthog, caracal, spotted hyena, impala and dik dik. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bogoria Spa Resort (FB)

Day 3: LAKE BOGORIA – NAIVASHA
After breakfast and check-out, drive to Naivasha and head straight to Hell’s Gate National Park famous for its nature trails, hot springs, wildlife & the Olkaria Geothermal station. You will then be taken to your resort for the night.Optional activities at an extra cost:-
- Boat rides at Lake Naivasha
- Crescent Island tour (via Lake Naivasha)
Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge (FB)

Day 4: NAIVASHA - MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Start your safari drive from Naivasha to arrive at the world famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch at your camp.Later enjoy afternoon game viewing to introduce you to game in the area.Dinner and overnight at AA Mara Camp (FB)

Day 5: MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Breakfast then depart for full day in Masai Mara, with day long game viewing.The driver guide will have picked up the packed lunch boxes for you (to be prebooked with the camp the night before).
Optional activities at an extra cost:-

- Hot air balloon ride

Day 6: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI
You will have breakfast at your camp followed by check out with a game drive enroute and later depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.Drop off at your city hotel for the night (dinner will be on own arrangements).Overnight at Golden Tulip Hotel (BB)

Day 7: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
0600hrs – pick up from your hotel after an early breakfast and immediately after depart for Amboseli National Park where upon arrival you will check into your camp and later in the evening go for an evening game drive.The park offers a spectacular view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and is rich in wildlife such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, and giraffes and over 400 species of birds.Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp (FB)

Day 8: AMBOSELI:Spend another day and enjoy early morning and evening game drive or you have an option of full day game viewing with picnic lunch (to be pre-booked with the camp the night before).

Day 9: AMBOSELI – NAIROBI:
After breakfast and check-out, depart for Nairobi where you are expected to arrive in the afternoon. You will be dropped off JKIA International Airport for your onward flight back home.

5. Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or documentation amount for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.

7. Extra Bed policy: can be a sofa cum bed / mattress / roll away or sharing the twin bed unless specified.
8. Child Policy: Every Hotel & service provider’s Child Policy is different. Child with bed & breakfast with 2 Adults means he/she will be provided with an Extra Bed which can be Sofa Cum Bed/Mattress/Roll away or sharing the rooms with parents unless specified. Alternately, where its clearly being mentioned Child No Bed/Breakfast(unless specified of any), it states that child will be provided only land arrangement. Breakfast & Bed if applicable, will be payable at the time of check in( as per hotel policy) if not prepaid. Few Hotels do not entertain 2 children in one room due to its size & their own policy.2 rooms will be required if 2 adults & 2 children (below 11yrs) are travelling together. Child with Extra Bed (Below 12 yrs) & Child without Extra Bed (Below 7 yrs).
9. The prices quoted by the Company in its brochures / quotation are in US Dollars or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the foreign country / countries being visited). The Company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and/or fuel cost before departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price in any sector of airlines , hotel, transportation etc must be paid for in full. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.

In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours ( especially applicable for Indian Itineraries ) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .

36 days or more before departure :80% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 21 -35 days before departure :50% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 20 days or less before departure :No Refund
Non-refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.


Footnotes

The best wildlife viewing months in Kenya are during the Dry season from late June to October. The wildebeest migration usually reaches the Masai Mara in July and remains until October when they move back to the Serengeti in Tanzania. Wildlife viewing is good year-round, but this can differ for some parks.
