Bali Overview: Bali is a fairly large island and you will need a method to get around if you plan on exploring more than the hotel pool. Kintamani is a village located in the north-eastern part of Bali island under the Mount Batur caldera. It has been used as a stopping place to view the Mount Batur region. Mount Batur is one of the second most active volcanoes in Bali. Beside Mount Batur, here you can also see the splendid view of Lake Batur. The beautiful panorama from Kintamani to see the active volcano of Mount Batur and a wide Lake of Batur is surely a magical scene. At Kintamani tourist area, the air environment is very fresh with cool breezes surrounding it.
Alas Harum is one of the popular agrotourism objects which is located in Jl. Lunga Tegallalang, around 20 minutes from Central Ubud. This place will be offering you many activities like the steps of making the Luwak coffee, swing, zip line and a lot of spots for taking a picture with perfect beautiful views as a private terrace view, glass floor, birds nest, dancing bridge, the big curve of gorilla face and pekak brayut. Moreover, Alas Harum also has the biggest Luwak statue in Indonesia.

Tegenungan Waterfall, locally known as Air Terjun Tegenungan, is one the most popular waterfall in Bali. The place is likely to be filled by a lot of people because of its popularity. Tegenungan Waterfall offers a picturesque view when the surrounding trees bloom their green beauty. If you like to see the waterfall from closer, you might have to take a few steps down. Swimming in Tegenungan waterfall is one of the highlights of this visit. There are lifeguards available, however, swimmings depends on the flow of water at a specific point of time"
Day 3: Nusa Penida West Island Tour (Angel Billabong, Keliking Beach, Broken Beach, Crystal Bay) with Local Lunch

After breakfast in the morning, our team will meet and greet you at your hotel lobby by 7 AM. Request you to please be on time so that everything will proceed as scheduled. We will then proceed to Sanur Harbour to catch a speed boat to Nusa Penida.
Upon arrival on the island, we will first visit Angel’s Billabong.
Angel's Billabong is an incredible green crystal-clear pool between two cliffs. The water of the pool cascades into the Indian Ocean. In some areas, the water is deep enough for a good swim in this infinity pool. The crystal-clear water allows you to see the textures and rock formation beneath the surface. The place keeps changing its colour during the day, depending on the sunshine reflecting in the pool. There is also a Manta Ray viewpoint where you can spot this beautiful creation. The place is a highly photographed spot because of its unique landscape.
We will continue the trip to Kelingking Beach, the most famous destination of Nusa Penida. Here, the cliffs are magically formed in the shape of a T-Rex, which makes it a crowd favourite spot. You can take your photos here with dinosaur shaped cliffs in your backdrop. If you climb down the stairs, you will get a more spectacular view of the island. Witness the turtles returning to the sea at sunset on this beach. It is also one of the best sunset spots on the island of Nusa Penida.
Then we will take you to a local restaurant for lunch before departing to Crystal Bay
Lastly, we will visit Crystal Bay for a relaxing evening on the beach. The water here is crystal-clear with beautiful white sandy beach in the middle and stunning coral reefs on its fringes. You can find crabs, shrimps and cuttlefish in the sandy areas.

Day 4: Nusa Penida East Island Tour (Raja Lima, Diamond Beach, Tree House, Atuh Beach, Teletubies Hill) with Local Lunch

Most tourists perhaps have been aware of the famous Raja Ampat in Papua Province. However, Nusa Penida also has a similar attraction called Raja Lima. The location is in Pejukutan Village and it is located near to Pulau Seribu. Due to the close distance, therefore, tourists are able to enjoy two different vacation spots during the same visit. The site is known for its amazing panorama that combines sea scenery and big chunks of reefs. Thus, most visitors are likely to conduct sightseeing and photography there. People also take advantage of the site for trekking, actually.
More unique vacation spots are available for tourists to visit in Nusa Penida Island. One of them is called Rumah Pohon. The location is in Petinggian Street and it belongs to Kutampi Kaler Village. In terms of Indonesia name, Rumah means a house while Pohon means a tree. The locals also call it Rumah Pohon Batu Molentang, actually. The unique shape and comfy nuance are two main allure that tourists can enjoy in that location. Tourists can even rent it in order to spend a different vacation experience with their families.
Many tourists have heard about Nusa Penida Island. They even visit it over time, especially during long holidays. The island is known for its exotic beaches and other famous vacation spots. Diamond Beach is a stunning hidden beach located at the bottom of a sheer cliff on the eastern tip of the island of Nusa Penida.
Diamon Beach is the next beach over from another Nusa Penida gem known as Atuh Beach.
The island of Nusa Penida has risen to fame over the last few years because of the incredible Kelingking Beach.
However, the coastline of the entire island is incredible. There are so many amazing viewpoints from the top of the towering cliffs that look down to those classic blue waters Nusa Penida is famous for.
Nusa Penida Island is not all about beaches and temples. It is because tourists can visit highlands and find some good spots for relaxation or sightseeing. As for the reference, there is Teletubbies Hill! The location is in Tanglad Village and it has become a good alternative to enjoy a family recreation and relaxation. The most common reason to visit the hill is none other than trekking. The landscapes have different difficulties, so tourists can choose the right route to enjoy hiking.
Day 5: Water Sports (Banana Boat) GWK with Buggy and Uluwatu

We will start our trip by driving to Tanjung Benoa water sports center close to the Nusa Dua area. The place offers a comprehensive range of marine activities with great challenges, excitement and fun. Here you can do many kind of water sports activities. You can also get your own level of water sports activity for a desirable and exciting wet adventure. All activities are ensured by high-quality safety equipment and experienced staff for a pleasant experience. For all those who love the adventure of water, the place is a right-fit. *Parasailing is depend on the weather condition, if the weather is not permit we will changing it with rolling donuts*
We will continue the tour to visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana Culture Park featuring a giant statue. The statue depicts the Hindu God Vishnu riding the mythological Garuda bird. It is the Indonesia’s tallest statue and third tallest structure worldwide. The statue is made of copper, brass, with gold mosaic and weighs around 4000 tonnes, making it the heaviest statue in Indonesia. The distinctive feature of the statue is that the sculpture sits atop a building base, which is used as a restaurant and museum. Visitors can climb inside the statue to its chest level. From that height, visitors can experience the most panoramic view of the island of Bali.
We will continue the journey to visit Uluwatu Temple (or Pura Luhur Uluwatu), a Balinese Hindu sea temple. The temple is an architectural marvel built at the edge of a 70-meter-high cliff or rock above the Indian ocean. It is one of the top places to go for sunset delights and magnificent view of the Indian Ocean. A Kecak dance performance based on the Ramayana is performed daily in Uluwatu temple at every 6pm and 7pm. The performance shows beautiful sunset in its background. The dancers also perform fire dance which looks very good in the evening time (Kecak Dance is own purchase)."
Day 6: Taman Ayun, Bedugul and Tanah Lot

First, we will drive you to Taman Ayun Temple (or Pura Taman Ayun), a popular Balinese temple and garden with water features. The temple is in Mengwi District and Badung Regency of Bali. It serves as a major site of worship among the Mengwi people and a symbol of inheritance among the Mengwi royalty. The temple is built on a high upland surrounded by ponds. There is a large Wantilan hall on the right where the communal gatherings take place. As per the ancient texts, the temple complex represents the cosmic formation of the world.
Then we will drive you to visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a major Hindu Shiva temple in Bali. A Buddha's statue is also enshrined in this temple. The temple is dedicated to Dewi Danu, the Balinese water goddess. The temple complex is on the shores of Lake Beratan in the mountains near Bedugul. It is also commonly called as “Bali Temple on the Lake” because when water level in the lake rises, the temple seems to float on the water surface. You can drive up to the top of the mountain to visit Ulun Danu Temple floating on the lake with beautiful panoramic views.
Our last tour is visiting Tanah Lot Temple, an ancient Balinese Hindu temple built on a rock formation on the sea. This is the best place in Bali to enjoy splendid sunset views in the afternoon. It is a popular tourist and cultural icon for photography. The seawater encircles the temple in case of high tides - an eye-opening scene for every traveler. The temple then looks to be adrift in on the ocean. There are several angles to see and capture this temple, and all of them show you a new beauty of this place."
Day 7: ATV Gorilla Cave Single Ride and River Rafting

First, we will drive you to Ayung River where you will enjoy an amazing 2 hours of rafting experience with professional river rafting guide. Ayung River is the longest and largest river in Bali with its beautiful and high riverbank. The rafting route is filled of picturesque scenery, waterfalls, and jungle along with the appearance of wild animals such as big bats, black monkeys and more. If you are a beginner, our professionally trained guides will teach you the basics of rafting to provide you a pleasant experience. Although White water Rafting is a challenge which requires good health and stamina, we make sure our trips are safe. Changing rooms and washroom facility is available on site. Ayung River Rafting Tour is one of the best Bali Rafting tour in northern part of Ubud.

Conditions apply :

Once we confirm a package/service offered at the same price or budget shared by the customer without any fluctuation in price (with offered /similar hotels) or may be the case that when the booking is completed in first attempt with client’s choice of services/hotels / including the request for any changes before the confirmation letter is raised. . Thereafter, non-refundable booking/reservation fees with minimum cancellation & document amount raised for Visa submission will apply automatically.
2. We are bound to a limit of maximum 2 quotes/amendments before the booking is raised within the booking /reservation fees.
3. If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/sms /phone call. Tour package/Reservation(s) shall be liable to release and the package will be treated as cancelled for not paying a balance amount. In case you fail to deposit before the expiry of the cut off/auto release date, we will be compelled to release/cancel the booking as your deposit or advance doesn’t cover the liability or other case may be the supplier would not deposit on your behalf which may result in discrepancy in booking over which SKYLINK has no control. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking.

Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
5. Once any reservation is processed/ confirmation letter is raised,, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees ,Document Charges , amendment & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be. SKYLINK has no control because supplier policy also applies.
6. Amendment: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.

4. Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has fulloption to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
5. Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance/Deportation despite of granting a visa & /or Boarding pass , the consequences arising therefrom shall not be a liability/responsibility of SKYLINK .Visa Guidelines apply .
6. Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location. A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
7. All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
(B) Airlines: The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1. Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
2. Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
3. Change of flight timing/ Route Change with or without intimation/ Fog alert/Postponement/delay of any tour of any airlines /bad weather/Pandemic impact is not our liability.
4. If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , The client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
5. Seat allocation & meals: Few airlines do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . SKYLINK can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
6. Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
7. Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
8. Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines. Please reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines..
(C) Hotel:
1.Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
2.Room Twin bed / Double bed is at the discretion of the hotel. The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
3.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
4.Hotel has the right to claim the damages/use of amenities /govt city /Tourism Fees(eg Dhiram etc)/ resort tax /security deposit as per their policy.
5.The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
6.Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel.
7.Higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
8.Extra Bed can be a mattress/sofa bed/roll away bed or sharing the bed unless paid or specified.

D) Itinerary Planning
1. Above Itinerary is just indicative & do not consider it as a final schedule. All activities specified under itinerary can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop & Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which SKYLINK has no control.
2. In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
E) Liability/Responsibility
1.The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available.
2.However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.
F) Method Of Payment: All payments should be in done in favor of “SKYLINK TRAVEL PVT LTD.” Please don't deposit cash in our account.

Excludes

Tax collection at Source *TCS *As per Govt rules, 5% TCS will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year. How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit :TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit :TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
Claim refund:In case there is no income tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return.

In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances /etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure :80% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 21 -35 days before departure :50% of the package will be refunded
- Cancellation stage : 20 days or less before departure :No Refund
