Due care has been taken to put the best possible ground arrangements in place for you to have a memorable holiday. However, we seek your patience and understanding while travelling. Sometimes minor problems may occur, but our ground staff will always be on hand to try and solve such occurrences. Please read this information carefully.
(A)Important Information
1. Our Packages are valid for Only Indian Nationals unless specified or customized for other nationalities.
2. Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers over which we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified). Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.
3. If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with Skylink & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
4. All Travellers must have a valid passport & visa or the required s at the time of booking/Airlines Boarding/Hotel Check In(Skylink/Airlines/hotel/Service provider reserves the right to dishonor the booking. Any incorrect names is not our liability. All Travellers must carry valid id proof all time during travelling
5. Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
7. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
8. Extra Charges will be applied for MidNight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals/ higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
9. Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum ation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
10. Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location.A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
11. Late payment interest 24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
12. AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
13. Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
14. All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
15. In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines: The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1. Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
2. Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
3. If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
4. Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
5. Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
6. Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
7. Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
8. Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
9. Baggage Allowance: varies from airlines to airlines..Pls reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotel Norms:
1. Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/ Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively even it is already specified on the booking . The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
2. Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
3. The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
4. Mandatory fees/Tourism Dhiram /City Taxes /Tourism Tax/Resort Fees, Security Deposit either by Credit card/debit card/cash may be asked at check in.
5. Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel

E) Liability/Responsibility :The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company&rsquos brochure deions are of amenities that are normally available.However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.

For any dislikes I will solely be responsible for the same.I will send the duly signed Booking form whenever / if asked by Skylink as a requirement to proceed with my bookings or validation for the same.
I/we hereby acknowledge and agreed the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the proposals shared to process my dynamic bookings. Skylink can treat this my digital acknowledgement on booking terms & conditions and Post confirmation procedure mentioned below.
1. of all payments pertaining to the tour or services purchased and any related charges , in case any member of the families backs out from availing the tour package
2. to warrant that I have the authority of all persons named on this Booking Form to make the booking subject to these conditions.
3. to coordinate for documentation from all the members who take booking through me /with me .
4. to explain and make them understand all the details of the package and booking related s as per the terms & conditions of the booking.
5. I am aware that this undertaking does not absolve other families or members of families of their server responsibility of booking payments/cancellation charges on its accrual due to reasons whatsoever including but not limited to a situation undersigned becomes insolvent
6. I / We read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions mentioned here-in for the package cost/Visa / quotation letter with Conditions, Notes,Policies, Itinerary, Promotion/web pages & forwarding the amount against the package to be booked that fits into budget & requirement.
7. Due to non- payment OR DELAYED PAYMENT, there is a 100% chance to loose a booking without any further notice . We will try our best to provide similar hotel (regardless of category of package chosen).I understand once Skylink starts the rest of the booking procedure on new conditions as there might be a fluctuation in airfare/govt taxes/forex /visa fees/hotel promo deals /limited offers/Peak season surcharge or other countries good service tax/situations
8. Service provider/Supplier policy also applies over which Skylink -Skylink has no control.
9. Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
10. Skylink holds its full right to cancel/ refund the ticket/bookings without customer's consent in case of Non - clearance of the payment or any dues pending by the traveller/ client immediately after the issuance of ticket or Confirmation of Tour/Holiday Package( whichever is applicable).
11. Mode of Refund: If /Once recovered, Credit note will be raised which will be adjustable & transferable {{depending on Supplier /Hotelier Policy}} over which Skylink has no control. *Conditions apply
12.Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
13. Choice of Payment Options- Please choose any one (A) /(B)
A). 100% Full Payment to freeze the cost
B). Payment as per Schedule : (For Outbound ) There will be Rs.500/- pp extra towards Remittance +ongoing Currency rate +Bank & related transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for YOU & ACCOMPANYING TRAVELLER to the respective country. To avoid any impact of future fluctuation -PLS BE INFORMED AGAIN to get the package cost blocked by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate as given in Cost or Immediate payable amount under confirmation letter. Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in confirmation as partial payment then the TT selling rate prevailing at that time of balance payment shall apply.
I understand that The package cost is based on national rate of Forex currency conversion rate US/£/euro etc or depending on the package of respective Country The bench mark rate taken uniformly as forex currency is too much volatile and can not be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. Company takes Bank TT Selling rate on the date of confirmation of Quotation at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for Tour Packages/Hotels etc. Pls do not get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying/selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank&rsquos Currency trading site.
14. Booking Form Terms & conditions immediately applies with effect from the day of acceptance/acknowledgement /confirmation received on the email or wats app whether it is duly signed or not even before making the payment.
15. This intimation supersedes all previous offers by Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd or any verbal communication or offer made by any of our representative.

I intend to purchase overseas tour package for Rs. from Skylink Travel , and the cost of such packages, may exceed the threshold limit of Rs. 10 lakhs for the financial year {2025-2026} as per the provisions of Tax Collected Source (TCS)under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
(i)That during the present financial year, I have purchased foreign exchange currency for a sum of Rs. _________________ lacs from FFMC/AD2/Banks other than Skylink, which is the limit prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India for the said purpose) and have complied with provisions of TCS as applicable on foreign remittance on all forex transactions under Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), I the undersigned, hereby declare that the total amount of foreign exchange remitted through, all source in India during the financial year including the current transaction is within the overall limit of USD 250,000 (USD Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only).
ii)I acknowledge that I have not utilized the threshold limit of Rs. 10 Lakhs for the financial year 2025-2026 in the context of overseas tour packages purchase and the exhaustible balance available is Rs. 10 Lakhs for the said financial year.
iii) I/ We further undertake that without prejudice to any other remedies that Skylink Travel may have in law, I/ we hereby agree at all times, to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Skylink Travel from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, proceedings, costs and losses that may be suffered or incurred by Skylink Travel which may arise out of or in connection with any incorrect information furnished by me/ us in this current declaration From 1st April 2025, the Govt changed the threshold limit of ?10 lakhs in this change for another slab of TCS rate of 20%This Bond shall be valid & effective for the financial year 2025-2026 only and shall automatically expire at the end of the said financial year.
This Bond shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of this Bond shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961 w.e.f 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged 10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filled your income tax returns from two preceding years, and the aggregate TDS and TCS is each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000 an additional 5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled & cancellation charges will apply.

TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filling their Income tax return. To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a) International travel ticket
b) Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c) Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS
How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit :TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit :TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
Claim refund:In case there is no income tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return
1.Visa on arrival or Visa Fees payable to Concerned Authorities
2.Any charges related to Peak Season /festival/Holiday period/ Chinese New Year/ /Early Check in /Late Check Out/Mandatory Meals/Upgradations of rooms
3. Entrance Fee /Monument fees/Admission Tickets/Guide Charges unless stated
4.Insurance, Baggage Claim & any related charges.
5.Hotel Security Deposit at the Check-In & Resort Fees /Tourism Dhiram/ City Taxes/Tourism Fees are always payable directly at Check in.
6. Luggage truck ,Porterage Charges, Tips, Laundry , Extra Meals , all beverages are not included, these are at your discretion.
7.Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare unless specified.
8.Breakfast /Meals missed due to flight timing.
9. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra 10.Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11.Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12.Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
13.Baby Cot upon direct request at hotel(Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.)
Cancellation
*The General cancellation stage may change/vary OR is not applicable if the supplier policy is not protected under the company policy & also if the less payment is received from the customer. Once payment is received, we share a confirmation letter in which Our team will try its best to give you the precise /approx. cancellation to avoid any further discrepancy.
-36 days or more before departure :80% of the package will be refunded
-Cancellation stage : 21 -35 days before departure :50% of the package will be refunded
-Cancellation stage : 20 days or less before departure :No Refund
*Non-refundable Booking, any Miscellaneous Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy.*No refund will be there whatever the case may be where non refundable bookings are booked .
