Krabi: Here’s another gorgeous island to be found in Krabi. Koh Lanta is almost the polar opposite to Koh Phi Phi, being a big island that’s largely peaceful as opposed to a small one that’s hectic. But that’s the beauty of Krabi; it has something for everyone. From peaceful beaches to swathes of rugged green jungle, Lanta is a nature lover’s paradise — but don’t worry, there are also plenty of cozy beach bars to keep yourself entertained.
Bangkok: Bangkok attracts millions of visitors every year and is known for its bustling markets, peaceful temples, and diverse cuisine.

Day 2 Phuket - Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch
After Breakfast. Today we take you to Phi Phi Island Tour.
Phi Phi Island Tour with Lunch on SIC.Phi Phi Islands is one of the most famous islands in the Andaman Sea region. Phi Phi Island is currently one of the world’s main snorkeling and diving destinations for tourists. It’s located between Phuket and Krabi but Phi Phi Islands actually belongs to Krabi province. The island is about 48 kilometers away from Phuket and 45 Kilometers from Krabi. There are two distinct parts to the island - commonly known as Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lay – separated by a small stretch of water. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 Phuket to Krabi (By Road)
After Breakfast. Check out from the Hotel. Transfer to Krabi Hotel. Day Free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 Krabi - 4 Island Tour by Long Tails/Speed Boat with Lunch
After Breakfast. Proceed,The Four Islands that make up the 4 Island tour are: Koh Gai - Translates to Chicken Island, named because, believe it or not, it is shaped like a chicken, from the right angle, it really does!.Koh Tup - Koh Tup is only a few hundred meters from Koh Gai and, along with Koh Mawr, is linked to Chicken Island by a sand bar that is above the surfaces at low tide. This sandbar is known in Thai as the Talay Whak. Koh Mawr - The third in the group, its a small rocky Island with cliffs jutting out of the sea and lush legatation on top. Koh Poda - This is another large Island with a coconut plantation at the center. The boats all park at one end of a long beach where you can find toilets and some kiosks selling snacks, mostly thai food like bbq'd chicken and Som Tam (papaya salad) and fruit and drinks and ice creams. This part of the beach can get quite busy, but you can walk for about 20 minutes down the beach, it’s really well worth the walk and you will almost certainly find sections of completely empty beach.
There is nothing like the thrill of a speedboat to add a little adrenalin and glamour to this tour. Lunch and all snorkeling equipment is also included in the speedboat krabi 4 Island Tour option. There are many different sizes of speedboats. The operators will use the boat that is large enough for their passengers without having too many empty seats. The boat sizes range from 12 to 50 seat. (Please note that operators will not accept Pregnant ladies onto the speedboat trips as it is sometimes bumpy and, although its unlikely, this could cause a problem.)
Day 5 Krabi - Bangkok Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise
After Breakfast, Transfer to Airport to board flight for Bangkok. Arrive & get transferred to Bangkok hotel, we will transfer you to the hotel. Day 6 Bangkok - Temple and City Tour
After Breakfast, You can enjoy your temple and city tour and Temple Tour. The Temple of the Golden Buddha - the statue of Buddha is made from solid gold weighting 5.5 tons. It is a fine example of Sukhothai art and was discovered by chance from a layer of stucco during construction of the temple. Passing through Chinatown. Wat Po, the temple of the Reclining Buddha - the largest and oldest in Bangkok. WatBenchamabopit– the marble temple. Day 7 Departure from Bangkok
After enjoying breakfast, check-out of your hotel by noon and proceed to the airport to board the return flight. Transfer from BKK Hotel to drop to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Booking Terms For Holidays
1. Once we confirm a package/service offered at the same price or budget shared by the customer without any fluctuation in price (with offered /similar hotels) or may be the case that when the booking is completed in first attempt with client’s choice of services/hotels / including the request for any changes before the confirmation letter is raised. . Thereafter, non-refundable booking/reservation fees with minimum cancellation & amount raised for Visa submission will apply automatically.
2. If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/sms /phone call. Tour package/Reservation(s) shall be liable to release and the package will be treated as cancelled for not paying a balance amount. In case you fail to deposit before the expiry of the cut off/auto release date, we will be compelled to release/cancel the booking as your deposit or advance does not cover the liability or other case may be the supplier would not deposit on your behalf which may result in discrepancy in booking over which SKYLINK has no control. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges there meaning cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking.
3. If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with SKYLINK and the partial/final payment is made by you(Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
4. Once any reservation is processed/ confirmation letter is raised,, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank /merchant fees ,Document Charges , amendment & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.SKYLINK has no control because supplier policy also applies.
5. Amendment: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change. Amendment and cancellation to services are permitted only till certain limit as raised by service providers/suppliers prior to departure date.
6.Please note that SKYLINK will share a time wise skeletal itinerary with you before issuing the vouchers. Once we receive an OK / go ahead from you, the team will then issue the vouchers. Once vouchers are issued and services are reconfirmed any kind of changes /amendments can attract cancellation or amendment charges. SKYLINK will charge a certain fee per amendment + actuals by Supplier.

1.SIC tours stand for Seat-in-Coach Basis Tours, which means you will share an air-conditioned coach or van with other tourists and you will have (maybe not) an English-speaking tour guide to take you to all the scenic spots listed in the itinerary that day.
-If you or any of your co-passengers misses any service due to unpunctuality, our Company shall not be liable to refund any amount. Neither shall we be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation/damages for any change in itinerary nor for missing any service due to the unpunctuality or actions of your co-passengers for any delays due to any reasons.
-Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. So SIC Guests may have to wait for a Vehicle for up to 45 minutes. Generally, SIC Transfers operate as per a fixed schedule.

(A)Important Information
1. Our Packages are valid for Only Indian Nationals unless specified or customized for other nationalities.
2. Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers overwhich we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any giventime.Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified).Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation/Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes ifany at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.

5. Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs ofthe interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of anysight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
7. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard &alternate flight option will be made with availability.Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment/cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
8. Extra Charges will be applied for Midnight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals/ higher category rooms/Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges .These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
9. Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking& reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum documentation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
10. Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location. A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
11. Late payment interest 24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
12. AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
13. Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
14. All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
15. In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However,this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines: The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1. Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
2. Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
3. If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
4. Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
5. Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
6. Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
7. Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
8. Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
9. Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
10. Baggage Allowance: varies from airlines to airlines.Please reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotel Norms:
1. Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/ Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively even it is already specified on the booking . The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
2. Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
3. The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
4. Mandatory fees/Tourism Dhiram /City Taxes /Tourism Tax/Resort Fees, Security Deposit either by Credit card/debit card/cash may be asked at check in.
5. Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel
D) Itinerary Planning : Itinerary is only a proposal about an activities/day wise plan/Tours/Excursions, All activities specified under itinerary as Tours& Excursions like Theme parks , water sports etc can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop/Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which Skylink has no control, if purchased by you ( Example,Late arrival of flight affecting the further tour services or transfer etc.)
E) Liability/Responsibility :The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company brochure designs are of amenities that are normally available. However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group. About these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage, modifications, cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.

I/We undersigned as Correspondent (Name:____________) who agrees & acknowledges on behalf of myself and all other persons on this booking form that I /We have read and understood the unaltered Booking Conditions, Important Information and I hereby take the responsibility to book / confirm the package for Option Nos (_______) & my choice of hotels. For any dislikes I will solely be responsible for the same. I will send the duly signed Booking form whenever / if asked by Skylink as a requirement to proceed with my bookings or validation for the same.
I/we hereby acknowledge and agreed the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the proposals shared to process my dynamic bookings.Skylink can treat this my digital acknowledgement on booking terms & conditions and Post confirmation procedure mentioned below.
1. of all payments pertaining to the tour or services purchased and any related charges , in case any member of the families backs out from availing the tour package
2. to warrant that I have the authority of all persons named on this Booking Form to make the booking subject to these conditions.
3. to coordinate for documetation from all the members who take booking through me /with me .
4. to explain and make them understand all the details of the package and booking related s as per the terms & conditions of the booking.
5. I am aware that this undertaking does not absolve other families or members of families of their server responsibility of booking payments/cancellation charges on its accrual due to reasons whatsoever including but not limited to a situation undersigned becomes insolvent
6. I / We read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions mentioned here-in for the package cost/Visa / quotation letter with Conditions, Notes,Policies, Itinerary, Promotion/web pages & forwarding the amount against the package to be booked that fits into budget & requirement.
7. Due to non- payment OR DELAYED PAYMENT, there is a 100% chance to loose a booking without any further notice . We will try our best to provide similar hotel (regardless of category of package chosen).I understand once Skylink starts the rest of the booking procedure on new conditions as there might be a fluctuation in airfare/govt taxes/forex /visa fees/hotel promo deals /limited offers/Peak season surcharge or other countries good service tax/situations
8. Service provider/Supplier policy also applies over which Skylink -Skylink has no control.
9. Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
10. Skylink holds its full right to cancel/ refund the ticket/bookings without customer's consent in case of Non - clearance of the payment or any dues pending by the traveller/ client immediately after the issuance of ticket or Confirmation of Tour/Holiday Package( whichever is applicable).
11. Mode of Refund: If /Once recovered, Credit note will be raised which will be adjustable & transferable {{depending on Supplier /Hotelier Policy}} over which Skylink has no control. *Conditions apply
12.Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.

B).Payment as per Schedule : (For Outbound ) There will be Rs.500/- pp extra towards Remittance +ongoing Currency rate +Bank & related transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for YOU & ACCOMPANYING TRAVELLER to the respective country.To avoid any impact of future fluctuation.PLS BE INFORMED AGAIN to get the package cost blocked by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate as given in Cost or Immediate payable amount under confirmation letter.Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in confirmation as partial payment then the TT selling rate prevailing at that time of balance payment shall apply.

14.Booking Form- Terms & conditions immediately applies with effect from the day of acceptance/acknowledgement /confirmation received on the email or wats app whether it is duly signed or not even before making the payment.

To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a. international travel ticket
b. Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c. Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto
-If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS
How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit: TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit: TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.
Claim refund: In case there is no income tax payable, you can claim the refund of TCS amount at the time of filing your IT return.

2.Any charges related to Peak Season /festival/Holiday period/ Chinese New Year/ /Early Check in /Late Check Out/Mandatory Meals/Upgradations of rooms
3.Entrance Fee /Monument fees/Admission Tickets/Guide Charges unless stated
4.Insurance, Baggage Claim & any related charges.
5.Hotel Security Deposit at the Check-In & Resort Fees /Tourism Dhiram/ City Taxes/Tourism Fees are always payable directly at Check in.
6.Luggage truck ,Porterage Charges, Tips, Laundry , Extra Meals, all beverages are not included, these are at your discretion.
7.Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare unless specified.
8.Breakfast /Meals missed due to flight timing.
9.In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
10.Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
11.Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
12.Baby Cot upon direct request at hotel(Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Cancellation
*The General cancellation stage may change/vary OR is not applicable if the supplier policy is not protected under the company policy & also if the less payment is received from the customer. Once payment is received, we share a confirmation letter in which Our team will try its best to give you the precise /approx. cancellation to avoid any further discrepancy.
-36 days or more before departure-80% of the package will be refunded
-Cancellation stage-21 -35 days before departure :50% of the package will be refunded
-Cancellation stage-20 days or less before departure: No Refund
-*Non-refundable Booking, any Miscellaneous Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy.*No refund will be there whatever the case may be where non-refundable bookings are booked.

KRABI -The best time to visit Krabi is from November to March. This place experiences a typical tropical climate throughout the year where the temperature never gets below 27 degrees during day time. Krabi weather can be classified as two seasons; dry and rainy. The driest weather lasts from December to April, and the weather gets progressively hot with each month. The months between May and November are more susceptible to rain. The wettest months in Krabi are September and October. Travelling between the rainy months is a bit of a gamble where you could experience short to heavy showers which can tamper your outdoor plans. Or, you can have a perfectly sunny day with slashed prices, cold weather, and an entire island to yourself.
BANGKOK : Though Bangkok is a year-round destination, the best time to visit Bangkok weather-wise is from November to February. The weather is not-so-hot and mostly sunny, which is very suitable for sightseeing.
