Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid)

Jama Masjid: Built in the 17th century by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the Jama Masjid is one of India’s largest mosques. Red Fort Red Fort:
A historic fort and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Red Fort was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the early 17th century, when he decided to shift his capital to Delhi. Every year on 15th August, the Indian Independence day, the Prime Minister hoists the Indian flag at the fort’s main gate and delivers a speech from its ramparts.
Chandni Chowk:
Designed by Shah Jahan’s daughter Jahanara and later built by the Mughal Emperor in the 17th century, Chandni Chowk is the oldest & biggest bazaars of Old Delhi. A bustling marketplace, Chandni Chowk is the largest wholesale markets of the city, dotted with many famous attractions nearby.
Raj Ghat
Raj Ghat is a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi in Delhi, India. Originally it was the name of a historic ghat of Old Delhi. Close to it, and east of Daryaganj was Raj Ghat Gate of the walled city, opening at Raj Ghat to the west bank of the Yamuna River. Later the memorial area was also called Raj ghat.
Humayun's Tomb Humayun’s Tomb:
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Humayun’s Tomb is an early example of fine Mughal architecture in India, built in 1565. Humayun's Tomb is often said to be the inspiration behind the Taj Mahal and is the first garden styled tomb on the Indian Subcontinent. The main highlight of this tomb, inspired by Persian architecture, is the four garden squares with water passage channels surrounding the tomb.
Lotus Temple Lotus Temple:
A Baha House of Worship, the Lotus Temple is a flower shaped monument, inspired from a lotus flower. The temple features nine doors, each of which opens into a central hall and welcomes people of all faiths & religions. The temple has also won numerous awards & recognitions for its architecture and is one of the most visited attractions of the city.
Qutub Minar Qutub Minar –
The Qutub Minar is a soaring tower of victory and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its construction was commenced in 1193 under the supervision of Islamic ruler Qutub-ud-din-Aibak, immediately after the defeat of the last Hindu Kingdom in Delhi. The marble and red sandstone built structure is nearly 73 meters tall and tapers from a 15-meter-diameter base to just 2.5 meters at the top. Duration: 45 minutes Admission Ticket Not Included Pass By: Connaught Place Connaught Place: The Connaught Place is one of the largest commercial, financial, and business centres in New Delhi. Developed as a showpiece of Lutyens’ Delhi, it is counted amongst the top heritage structures in New Delhi.

We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified). Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.
3) If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with Skylink & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
4)All Travellers must have a valid passport & visa or the required documents at the time of booking/Airlines Boarding/Hotel Check In(Skylink/Airlines/hotel/Service provider reserves the right to dishonor the booking. Any incorrect names is not our liability. All Travellers must carry valid id proof all time during travelling
5) Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
6) Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
7)Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
8)In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
9) Extra Charges will be applied for MidNight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals/ higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
10)Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum documentation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
11) Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location.A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
12)Late payment interest @24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
13)AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
14)Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
15)All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
16) In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines
The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1)Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
2).Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
3).If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
4).Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
5) Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
6). Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
7) Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
8). Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
9) Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
10) Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines..Pls reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotel Norms:
1) Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/ Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively. The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
2) Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
3) The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
4)Mandatory fees/Tourism Dhiram /City Taxes /Tourism Tax/Resort Fees, Security Deposit either by Credit card/debit card/cash may be asked at check in.
5) Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel
D) Itinerary Planning
Itinerary is only a proposal about an activities/day wise plan/Tours/Excursions, All activities specified under itinerary as Tours& Excursions like Theme parks , water sports etc can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for Pickup/Drop/Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which Skylink has no control, if purchased by you ( Illustration – Late arrival of flight affecting the further tour services or transfer etc.)
E) Liability/Responsibility
The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company’s brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available.
However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group.about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage,modifications,cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.
F) Method Of Payment: All payments should be in done in favor of “SKYLINK TRAVEL PVT LTD.” Please don't deposit cash in our account.
1)For your convenience, we also have several Indian Rupee bank accounts. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheque is en- cashed. Traveler pickup is offered - Private Tour pick up and drop is restricted to central Delhi hotels only. There be a supplementary charge of INR 1600/ USD16 per car for Hotel on outskirts of Delhi or National Capital Region like Gurgaon & Noida - Tour duration is of 08 HOURS only from 1000 Hrs to 1800 Hrs, we will try and cover all the important monuments mentioned in this tour in the mentioned duration only. But at times due to more tourists n traffic congestions we are unable to cover them then we will extend the tour by 2 hours at no extra charges. But if the car is retained beyond 10 Hrs then there be a supplementary cost of INR500/USD 5 per extra hour
Excludes
1. GST Inclusive & TCS *Purchase of Overseas tour program package 5% upto Rs. 7 Lacs, 20% TCS above Rs. 7 lacs . TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filling their Income tax return. To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a) International travel ticket
b) Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c) Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto
If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS

9. Breakfast /Meals missed due to flight timing.
10. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure: 80% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 21 -35 days before departure: 50% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 20 days or less before Departure: No Refund.
- Non-refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy.No refund will be there whatever the case may be.
