Day 01: Arrive at Leh Airport 3505 meters / 11567 ft.
Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to Hotel. Complete rest for the first half. After lunch if suitable visit sun set famous Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Market. Shanti Stupa:Shanti Stupa in Leh stands as a white-domed Buddhist Stupa built to promote world peace and prosperity. The unique structure and picturesque view of the surrounding areas make it a niche for photographers and a perfect place to meditate. Take the staircase for a fun and
satisfying adventure. Shanti Stupa looks beautiful and serene in all seasons, especially when it snows. Let your curiosity lead you to this peaceful place that will mesmerize you with its beauty and calmness.
Leh Palace: The Leh Palace, a 17th-century former royal palace, is a central attraction in Leh. Modeled after the Potala Palace in Tibet, it houses a museum and prayer room. The palace's rooftop offers a sweeping view of Leh and the Zanskar mountains. Despite being partly in ruins, the palace still boasts ancient relics, paintings, utensils, and artefacts that are almost 450 years old. The palace is a sight to behold when lit up during special occasions like the GaldamNamchot festival. Under the Archaeological Survey of India, the palace is being renovated to preserve the history of the Namgyal dynasty in Leh.
Leh Main Market: The Leh Main Market is a vibrant and lively hub in Ladakh, offering a variety of products ranging from jewelry and clothing to groceries and local street food. With a fanciful arrangement of stores, shops, and stalls, the market is an attractive destination to browse and find items of your choice. Shopkeepers and sellers are easily accessible and eager to help you navigate the bustling market.

Day 02: Leh – Sangham - Hall of Fame - Magnetic Hill - Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
After breakfast, drive to a full day excursion to Sangam view where Indus; Zanskar river meets. You may opt for river rafting (own cost). After that visit Magnetic Hill: Magnetic Hill, situated on the Leh-Kargil Highway, is a remarkable stretch of road that seems to defy the laws of gravitys situated approximately 30 km from Leh City and is a must-see destination if your on a trip in the area. What makes Magnetic Hill so popular among
tourists is its ability to pull stationary vehicles towards it. Numerous tales and hypotheses have been linked to this peculiar phenomenon, which has transformed it into a must-visit location and a much-needed rest stop for weary travellers on the highway.
Gurudwara Pathar Sahib:Gurdwara Pathar Sahib holds great religious significance for Sikhs. It was constructed in 1517 to honor Guru Nanak's visit to
Ladakh. According to legend, while meditating at this site, Guru Nanak was attacked by a demon who threw a boulder at him. Instead of harming him, the boulder turned soft upon touching his body, surprising the demon who then repented and promised to live a peaceful life. Today, the sacred rock is covered with a veil and enshrined in the gurdwara. Devotees are greeted by a white board containing holy verses and the Mool Mantra from the Guru Granth Sahib,
the primary Sikh scripture. Drive back to visit Spituk Monastery – home for the wish fulfilling Kali Mata and Hall of fame – a war memorial Museum. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 03: Leh-Nubra valley (via Khardongla Pass)
After a leisurely morning breakfast drive to Nubra valley (The valley of flowers) via Khardung la, (18,300 feet) considered as one of the highest motor able road in the World. The view from top of the passes is amazing. One can see all the way south over the Indus valley to the seemingly endless
peaks. After explores we drive toward the down Hunder past an area of rolling sand dunes, one can see double hump Camel and visitors can take a camel safari (Own cost) here. Dinner and overnight in Nubhra Valley.
Day 04: Turtuk upto Zero point excursion
After breakfast, drive to Turtuk (which was first opened for tourists in 2010) which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war, the village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. The village with the whole population of Muslims still resembles
mini-Pakistan. The village's inhabitants still use traditional utensils which are crafted from stone. Explore the village of Turtuk the village offers views of a beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley. On clear days you can have a glimpse of K2 Mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan. Drive
upto Thang Zero Point (Indo – Pax border view point) where you can hire binocular to see small villages of Pakistan. Return to Hundar/Disket by the evening for a dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok
After breakfast at the hotel we drive to the next destination, Pangong lake via Shyok and onto Tangtse and Spangmik (Pangong). Just a few Kms drive from Hunder, visit Disket Monastery and later continue your drive towards Pangong, the road follows the Shyok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village, the entire setting being very picturesque. Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at pangong lake and observe the majestic Lake. Overnight stay in Cottages/camps.
Day 06: Pangong Lake to Hanle (175 Kms / 6-7 hrs )
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Hanle, by crossing Chushul Village, Chushul War Memorial,Tsaga La (15,200 Ft) enjoy the drive upto Hanle, which is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory. The location of the village and the observatory are highly sensitive due to the close proximity of the Tibetan / Chinese border. India set up the Himalayan Chandra Telescope - a 2m gamma ray telescope. It is used for major Atmospheric Cerenkov Experiment and the Gamma ray telescope is worlds largest telescope at the highest altitude and the second largest gamma ray telescope in the world. Beside this the Hanle village itself is very mesmerizing. As per history, it is believed that King Singge Namgyal died here at Hanle while on his return from an expedition of Mongols. Later visit Hanle Monastery. Enjoy the stay with locals at a local homestay. Overnight stay at Hanle.
Day 07: Hanle to Leh via Chumathang
After breakfast check out and drive back to Leh via Chumathang village – famous for its very unique hot boiling spring oozing out from the soil. Continue drive towards Leh and visit Thiksey monastery and Rencho School on the way to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh hotel
Day 08: Leh Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drop at Airport for return journey with sweet memories of Ladakh Tour Early morning transfer to the airport and fly back to your destination with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

BOOKING TERMS
1. Once we confirm a package/service offered at the same price or budget shared by the customer without any fluctuation in price (with offered /similar hotels) or may be the case that when the booking is completed in first attempt with client & the choice of services/hotels / including the request for any changes before the confirmation letter is raised. Thereafter, non-refundable booking/reservation fees with minimum cancellation & amount raised for Visa submission will apply automatically.
2. We are bound to a limit of maximum 2 quotes/amendments before the booking is raised within the booking /reservation fees.
3. If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/sms /phone call. Tour package/Reservation(s) shall be liable to release and the package will be treated as cancelled for not paying a balance amount. In case you fail to deposit before the expiry of the cut off/auto release date, we will be compelled to release/cancel the booking as your deposit or advance does not cover the liability or other case may be the supplier would not deposit on your behalf which may result in discrepancy in booking over which SKYLINK has no control. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking.
4. If you are comparing a dynamic Online Price with SKYLINK offers, then please be noted these offers are subject to change any moment. Once hotels are confirmed/ prepaid & settled with SKYLINK & the payment is made by you (Customer),there can be no amendment after booking is closed. Discount offered in quotation will be non-refundable in addition to the cancellation fees as per actuals.
5. Once any reservation is processed/ confirmation letter is raised,, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees ,Document Charges , amendment & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be. SKYLINK has no control because supplier policy also applies.
6. Amendment: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.

1. Destination(s) / Hotels have been selected by the consent and discussion with the client. SKYLINK role is to suggest hotel / services according to the budget and the requirement. Skylink is not liable for any dislikes and interest once confirmed/paid/checked in /Utilized. Client has full option to check hotel names and its facility through internet or any possible sources over which Skylink has no objection.
2. SIC tours stand for Seat-in-Coach Basis Tours, which means you will share an air-conditioned coach or van with other tourists and you will have (maybe not) an English-speaking tour guide to take you to all the scenic spots listed in the itinerary that day.
If you or any of your co-passengers misses any service due to unpunctuality, our Company shall not be liable to refund any amount. Neither shall we be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation/damages for any change in itinerary nor for missing any service due to the unpunctuality or actions of your co-passengers for any delays due to any reasons.
Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. So SIC Guests may have to wait for a Vehicle for up to 45 minutes. Generally, SIC Transfers operate as per a fixed schedule.

INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY At Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd we strongly hope that your holiday lives up to your expectations. Our 39 years of experience in dealing with travel services has gone into formulating the tour programmes on offer. Due care has been taken to put the best possible ground arrangements in place for you to have a memorable holiday. However, we seek your patience and understanding while travelling. Sometimes minor problems may occur, but our ground staff will always be on hand to try and solve such occurrences. Please read this information carefully.
(A)Important Information
1.Our Packages are valid for Only Indian Nationals unless specified or customized for other nationalities.
2. Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed , ticketed or vouchered. These are only offers over which we will try our best to initiate the process of confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time. Packages are not valid for Peak/Festive/New Year /Indian Holidays Season, Long Weekends (unless specified). Extra/Mandatory Service Charges/hike in tariff are applied by service providers. Skylink has no control over the fluctuation /Hike in Taxes/Cost /Currency or anything Miscellaneous by the Govt of India/any ruling authority. Difference of Fare/Taxes if any at the time of endorsement/while actual booking shall be borne by the client.

6.Exactness & Hotel Ratings cannot be guaranteed of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website or sent/shown which have been sourced from hotel. The visual of any sight/tour/rooms selected by you /us as Skylink or our service provider cannot be guaranteed.
7.Refusal or delay in issuance of Visa by concerned Authorities or any Immigration /On-arrival Clearance is a sole discretion of Foreign Embassies & Visa Issuing Authorities over which our Company has no control. Visa Guidelines apply as per Booking Form attached.
8.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels & airlines, arrangement for an alternate accommodation with similar standard & alternate flight option will be made with availability. Your choice is important to us but once the booking is confirmed amendment /cancellation policy applies & also be noted that confirmed hotel can be different from the hotel given at the time of confirmation depending case to case.
9.Extra Charges will be applied for Midnight Surcharge for Late Night or Early morning Flight arrivals/ higher category rooms/ Guaranteed Early Check In or Late Check Out . Special Requests are subject to availability or may incur additional charges . These requests can not guaranteed unless paid.
10.Minimum Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part Tour/Combo Cost & booking & reservation fees/cancellation charges or Minimum documentation amount (INR 5900) for Visa submission as applicable (varying from case to case) in case tour is cancelled for whatsoever reason.
11.Hill stations Bookings: Hotels in hill stations may not have air conditioning or heaters due to weather conditions of the location. A/c in Vehicles will be operational only in plain areas.
12.Late payment interest 24% per annum shall be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
13.AMENDMENT: Once the booking is confirmed, in case of any subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee as per change.
14.Once any reservation is processed, the processing charges ,any taxes , forex conversion, Bank / merchant fees , Document Charges & Cancellation charges will be non-refundable whatever the case may be.
14.All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by the Company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
15. In case your packages is inclusive of Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the /Local Agent/ hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
(B)Airlines: The airfares the company has contracted with various airlines are non-refundable. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him/her for the following reasons:
1.Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passenger despite having confirmed tickets.
2.Change of flight timing or change of route with or without intimation.
3.If in the event that the flight is over booked or cancelled for whatever reason and the client is not allowed/able to board the flight , the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by client. All incidental expenses arising out of such situation will be payable by client.
4.Seat allocation & meals: Low cost airline do not provide seat allocation & meals .It is chargeable & payable extra.Meal requests are subject to discretion of the airlines . Skylink can only put a request /remark on your behalf but can not guarantee the provision of the same as we in no way control airlines & other service providers.
5.Airport taxes / airline development fees as applicable to be paid over & above tour cost, should there be a rise post the printing of the brochure/quotation.
6. Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
7.Above is only a quote and can't be treated as booking unless confirmed & paid by customer - In case of non-availability of given flight, similar options will be provided.
8.Rates are subject to change without any notice. Even seats reserved on the fare might increase due to taxes or airlines policy over which Skylink plays no role & has no control.
9.Few Promotional & all fixed departure fares are 100% non-refundable /non amendable & non-transferable even in case of refusal of visa and immigration or any unseen/ unavoidable circumstances.
10.Baggage Allowance :varies from airlines to airlines.Please reconfirm with your airlines before travelling as it is subject to vary with different airlines.
(C) Hotel Norms:
1.Room (Twin bed / Double bed)/ Seat allocation is at the discretion of the hotel/airlines respectively even it is already specified on the booking . The number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
2.Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
3.The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
4.Mandatory fees/Tourism Dhiram /City Taxes /Tourism Tax/Resort Fees, Security Deposit either by Credit card/debit card/cash may be asked at check in.
5.Meals are pre-set at the discretion of Hotel
D) Itinerary Planning :
Itinerary is only a proposal about an activities/day wise plan/Tours/Excursions, All activities specified under itinerary as Tours& Excursions like Theme parks , water sports etc can not be counted as included unless specified under inclusions. Timings & duration/distances mentioned in an itinerary is an approximate idea & Timings for pickup/Drop/Sightseeing can be changeable by the service provider due to any reason over which Skylink has no control, if purchased by you ( Illustration - Late arrival of flight affecting the further tour services or transfer etc.)
E) Liability/Responsibility :The Company is acting as a booking agent for the Hotels /overseas tour operator / travel component supplier and is only a travel agent. The information given in the brochure/Emails is as accurate as the Company can make it. The Company 's brochure descriptions are of amenities that are normally available. However, unavoidable circumstances can change due to events beyond the control of the Company. Unforeseen Calamities, Accident, Closure of Borders/Airbase, major roadwork, strikes etc may necessitate route changes/cancellation/postponement. Where & If the Company knows of these sufficiently in advance, Company will notify the Tourist / Group. about these route changes/policies that could also be necessitated due to natural calamities. The Company does not control or operate any Airline, neither do the Company owns or controls any shipping/cruise/coach company, Hotel, transport and other facility or service ingredients, travel component in tour package that to be availed by the Tourists/Group. Since the Company only selects and co-ordinates travel components, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage, modifications, cancellations or extra cost if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, cruise or transport company etc.
UNDERTAKING BY LEAD PASSENGER/TOUR LEADER
H) I undersigned as Correspondent who agrees & acknowledges on behalf of myself and all other persons on this booking form that I /We have read and understood the unaltered Booking Conditions, Important Information and I hereby take the responsibility :
1.of all payments pertaining to the tour or services purchased and any related charges , in case any member of the families backs out from availing the tour package
2.to warrant that I have the authority of all persons named on this Booking Form to make the booking subject to these conditions.
3.to coordinate for documentation from all the members who take booking through me /with me .
4.to explain and make understand them all the details of the package and booking related s as per the terms & conditions of the booking.
5.I am aware that this undertaking does not absolve other families or members of families of their server responsibility of booking payments/cancellation charges on its accrual due to reasons whatsoever including but not limited to a situation undersigned becomes insolvent
6.I / We read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions mentioned here-in for the package cost/Visa / quotation letter with Conditions, Notes, Policies, Itinerary, Promotion/web pages & forwarding the amount against the package to be booked that fits into budget & requirement.
7.Due to non- payment OR DELAYED PAYMENT, there is a 100% chance to loose a booking without any further notice . We will try our best to provide similar hotel (regardless of category of package chosen).I understand once Skylink starts the rest of the booking procedure on new conditions as there might be a fluctuation in airfare/govt taxes/forex /visa fees/hotel promo deals /limited offers/Peak season surcharge or other countries good service tax/situations
8.Service provider/Supplier policy also applies over which Skylink -Skylink has no control.
9.Refund cannot be guaranteed till it is not recovered or acknowledged by us (SKYLINK ) & we cannot be liable to pay on our service provider's behalf unless amount has been credited to Skylink Pvt Ltd by the Airlines or airlines ticket supplier.
10.Skylink holds its full right to cancel/ refund the ticket/bookings without customer's consent in case of Non - clearance of the payment or any dues pending by the traveller/ client immediately after the issuance of ticket or Confirmation of Tour/Holiday Package( whichever is applicable).
11.Mode of Refund: If /Once recovered, Credit note will be raised which will be adjustable & transferable {{depending on Supplier /Hotelier Policy}} over which Skylink has no control.
Excludes
Cost excludes (unless specified under Inclusions):
1. Tax collection at Source *TCS *As per Govt rules, 5% TCS will be applicable on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Skylink Travel Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and @20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year. TCS Amount collected shall reflect in Form 26AS of the person of which PAN is provided which can be claimed while filling their Income tax return. To qualify as overseas tour program package the package should include at least two of the following:
a. international travel ticket
b. Hotel accommodation (with or without food) / boarding / lodging
c. Any other expenditure or similar nature of relation thereto
2. If any of the above is sold standalone will not be covered withing the definition of Overseas tour package for collection of TCS
How to claim your TCS?
Verify your TCS credit: TCS credit would automatically reflect in your Form 26AS on quarterly basis.
Claiming your credit: TCS can be fully adjusted against the income tax payable on any other income such as interest, rent, capital gains, etc.

6. Luggage truck ,Porterage Charges, Tips, Laundry , Extra Meals, Breakfast /Meals missed due to flight timing, all beverages are not included, these are at your discretion.
7. Travel Insurance, Baggage Claim & any related claims/charges.
8. Hotel Security / Resort Fees /Tourism Dhiram/ City Taxes/Tourism Fees are always payable directly at Check in.
9. Intercity surface transfers/ Airfare/Train Fare/Web check in unless specified.
10. In case Itinerary is blocked with Limited Kms & Hours (especially applicable for Indian Itineraries) :Any extra kms/Extra Hours charges payable extra to Driver /DMC directly by the customer in case the Travelling goes beyond the blocked kilometers limit/Fixed Tour plan/Point to Point ( transportation rates are charged from garage to garage i.e. the starting & ending point of the vehicle) .
11. Anything not mentioned under inclusions & any in Taxes,Surcharge, ROE, Fees or any hike over which Skylink has no control.
12. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Covid or any act of God, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
Cancellation
- 36 days or more before departure: 80% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 21 -35 days before departure: 50% of the package will be refunded.
- Cancellation stage: 20 days or less before departure: No Refund.
- Non - refundable Booking, Any Misc Services with Non-refundable Charges cannot be counted /considered under the given policy. No refund will be there whatever the case may be.

Innerline Permit & Notes:
1.Clients require Innerline permits to visit the restricted areas like Pangong Lake & Khardongla pass.
2.Permits will be arranged by us from the District magistrate’s office for which we require the original photo ID proof (passport, driving license or Election ID).
3.The permit costs include Red Cross society, Wildlife fee and Environmental fee.
4.The District Magistrate office Leh is not authorized to issue permits to the nationalities of Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Afghanistan and people holding Diplomatic and official passport and visa. These Nationalities and Diplomatic/ Official passport holders can issued permits only after they gain authorization from the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

6.Prepaid mobile numbers of other states do not work in J&K. Carry Post - paid SIM (BSNL, JIO OR AIRTEL)
7.Accommodation at Pangong and Tsomoriri lakes are mainly in tented accommodation withlimited facilities, such as restricted or no power supply, limited hot water provision, no TV etc.
8.Visitors must also be prepared to pass the night in low temperature even at the height of summer. The stress of passing the night at high altitude is also to be kept in mind.Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Ladakh. Most hotels will not have a Wi-Fi connection
